Returns and Exchanges Policy Summary
- Store Credit Only: We offer store credit if the item doesn’t fit.
- Refunds: Manufacturer defects are refunded directly by the manufacturer after the item is examined and approval by the manufacturer.
- Return Window: Request returns/exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
- Return Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unused, unblemished and in original packaging.
- Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards and FINAL SALE items (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day promotions) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Use a traceable service – tracking.
- No Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled after submission due to our on-demand production model.
- Correct Address: Double-check your delivery information; additional shipping costs apply if an incorrect address is provided.
